We always get a spring teaser here in Seattle, where sometime in March, the winter clouds part and we get temperatures that even feel like summer. We let our guard down and think the storm has passed, forgetting the old adage “April Showers Bring May Flowers”.
Don’t get caught being a local with an umbrella, but you’re allowed to wear a rain jacket and rain boots to ward off the drops.
